Comments:

The biofilm discs, some composed of Aluminum and some composed of Acrylic, were retieved from the Inner Harbor in Baltimore on October 3, 2019.  Approximately 8-9 macrscopic species were identified and documented.  There has been little rainfall in the last 2 months in Baltimore and this has helped clarify the water and increase the salinity.

Images that have been uploaded include Polychaete worms (limy tube worm and whip mud worm), Hydroid colonies, and a flatworm (Stylochus ellipticus).  More images will be added in the coming days along with data (% cover and wet weight) from participating schools in Maryland.
